About the new Apple One service subscription
We have seen in the news recently the announcement made by Apple so that its customers subscribe easily to all the services offered by the company (music, games, TV, news, cloud storage, etc …) .
Apple has grouped all the services it offered separately and offers them as a joint “package” (called Apple One) for the customer to join them and get almost all the services they need in a closed environment. And in return, Apple gives you a price discount compared to what you previously paid for those services when you hired them separately.
It’s a very smart strategy that almost everyone follows in some way, and the bigger they are (as in Apple’s case) the more different services they can offer. Which in general are leisure and entertainment services.
Entertainment (which is much more than show business) is a great business that continues to grow and large technology companies approach it from different points of view that increasingly occupy more space of our time.

You just have to see people on the street or in entertainment venues to see how they are “hooked” to the various networks that offer to occupy their time.
For any operator it is very important that customers are in their “environment” and find in it everything they need for their recreation, so that they do not leave it. And if it is possible that they bring their family and friends to that environment, then even better.
Hence the family offerings and others.
The same thing that Apple has done, which seems very intelligent to me, although their success remains to be seen, other large companies will try to do. And I say large companies because to do so, there are required large economic and technological means that small companies do not have.
These steps somehow make the big companies even bigger and the small ones to lag behind.
And the question that arises for me is: How long are we going to allow ourselves to be dominated by the few and large companies?
